12th Liszt Competition

 

The 12th Liszt Competition takes place from 16 to 28 March 2020 at TivoliVredenburg, Utrecht. For the first time, the competition will introduce a central theme: Beethoven, as seen through the eyes of Franz Liszt.

Phase 2

17 – 18 March 2020: Recital 1 – Liszt Originals (14 participants)

19 – 20 March 2020: Recital 2 – Chamber Music (14 participants)

21 – 22 March 2020: Recital 3 – Transcriptions (14 participants)

 

Phase 3

The finals

TivoliVredenburg, Utrecht

25 March 2020: Finals solo (3 finalists)

28 March 2020: Finals with the Netherlands Radio Philharmonic Orchestra (3 finalists)
