On 10 and 11 January 2025, 19 pianists performed in the First Round of Liszt Utrecht. The jury, consisting of Nino Gvetadze, Leslie Howard, Igor Roma, and Muza Rubackyté, has selected eight top talents that we will see again in January 2026 in TivoliVredenburg during Liszt Utrecht. Yukine Kuroki wins Liszt Utrecht 2022!

Yukine Kuroki has won first prize during Liszt Utrecht 2022. The jury announced this after the finals in the main hall of TivoliVredenburg on 29 September. Derek Wang and Yeon-Min Park both received the second prize. Yeon-Min also received the audience award.

In 2022 organiseert Liszt Utrecht de eerste editie van 'NLiszt'. Na een online selectieronde worden vijf pianisten tussen de 16 en 21 jaar oud uitgenodigd voor een recital tijdens de festival fase in TivoliVredenburg. De winnaar ontvangt de Henk de By Prijs en de kans om te spelen met het Radio Filharmonisch Orkest tijdens de finale van Liszt Utrecht.
